DC Ranch is a guard-gated residential community located in North Scottsdale. The community, which was created in 1993, is located at the base of the McDowell Mountains and nearby the loop 101 freeway. Downtown Scottsdale is about 20 minutes away and Phoenix is about a 35-minute drive from DC Ranch. Another guard gated neighborhood called Silverleaf borders DC Ranch.

Homeowners are also easily accessible to the shopping and restaurants at Market Street. DC Ranch also offers the benefits of Copper Ridge School, which is a K-8 shared use facility that is part of the Scottsdale Unified School District. The local high school is Chaparral High.

DC Ranch includes attached villas as well as single-family homes. DC Ranch homes range to over 10,000 square feet in size. Homes range from $550,000 to over $1 million. Apartments and condos are also available. For condos in the Villages, homeowners can spend between $225,00-$400.000.

Desert Camp Village is nearby the resident activity Desert Camp Community Center. These DC Ranch homes range from approximately 2000- 2300 square feet and are 2-3 bedroom homes. The other area of Desert Camp Village includes Rosewood Homes, which are 34 luxury homes with a back of open space. These homes range from about $650,000 to upwards of $900,000.

Country Club Village includes the Country Club at DC Ranch and has a guard-gate setting. Country Club Village includes custom homes, villas and single-family homes. Market Street Village DC Ranch homes are the closest to the Market Street amenities.

Residents of DC Ranch will be consistently occupied as the area offers a full calendar of activities including celebrations and events throughout the year.
There is no lack of golfing at DC Ranch. The community also has two private country clubs, DC Ranch Country Club and Silverleaf.

Another advantage to DC Ranch is the two community centers that include lighted tennis courts and basketball courts, a large pool, a kid’s pool and playground. There are also state of the art exercise and fitness rooms as well as club meeting rooms. DC Ranch also offers walking trails in the area that span over 33 miles.
