It is located within the Estancia Guard Gated Community, a 600-acre gated community with approximately 267 luxury homes and golf course homes. Three great short par 4 holes (2, 6, and 10), and three great long par 4 holes (5, 13, and 118), along with amazingly scenic par 3’s. The rhythm of holes plays beautifully through the threes, fours, and fives.
