As I’m doing a little research for a client looking for homes for sale in Aviano at Desert Ridge, I thought I would share my findings. The reason this part of Desert Ridge has two HOA’s is because Aviano has an exclusive fitness center, pool, and spa for it’s residents. The HOA fees for Desert Ridge and Aviano are separate; run by two different property management companies. (Both of which were very nice and helpful on the phone.)
Aviano HOA

Corporate Phone Number: 480-921-7500 (they’ll confirm fees)
Aviano Community Center Phone Number: 480-538-2800 (they’ll confirm what the fees cover – aka spa, events, pool, fitness center, etc)
Resale Disclosure Fee: $350
Community Enhancement Fee: $600
Monthly HOA Fee: $166.03
Desert Ridge HOA
Managed by First Service Residential
Corporate Phone Number: 480-551-4300
Community Manager: Carmelo Musera 480-551-4558
These guys cover common area maintenance for the Desert Ridge areas outside of Aviano.
Resale Disclosure Fee: $400
Bi-Annual Fee: $186
So as of today, it’ll cost you $1,350 in transfer fees (although they aren’t technically allowed to call them that anymore) and it averages out to $197.03 per month to live in Aviano at Desert Ridge.
