The Convenant Commission at DC Ranch is the governing board that establishes and maintains standards for architectural and landscape design within DC Ranch and Silverleaf. The commission is excited to announce that construction is booming , and they are currently enjoying a healthy building environment once again! As of now, there are currently 46 custom homes under construction and 89 other homes in the design process with Horseshoe Canyon and Arcadia at Silverleaf being the most active. Spanish Colonial architecture remains the most popular style for custom homes with nearly half the construction homes in that style.
The Commission is projecting that 2013 will keep pace with or exceed the volume of new home designs that the Commission received in 2012. It is thrilling to see DC Ranch thriving again!
