Course Description

McDowell Mountain is a premium public desert course that creates a fun atmosphere in any round of golf. The course is a par 71 that stretches a little over 7,000 yards, which if you like a challenge these tees will provide it for you. The course recently, in 2011 to be exact, got a beautiful face lift that makes her more beautiful than ever. Phil Mickelson stated that “The renovation made the course wider for a more enjoyable round,” which means you can “Grip it and Rip it” one of John Daly’s favorite sayings. The course is full of rewarding par 5s, enjoyable par 4s, and gut clenching par 3s. To top off the experience, the club has golf boards which have been described as surfing on land which is the closest thing you will get to riding a wave in Arizona.

Membership and Deals

Annual Memberships-

If this beautiful, recently renovated course seems like the place for you the club has a annual membership that will allow you play as much as your heart desires with unlimited tee times for only a small cart fee. It also includes unlimited range balls to help you build up those calluses for the upcoming rounds. This membership is only $4,500 and allows you to add a spouse for an extra $3,500 if you ever want to play day to day to see who cooks dinner or does dishes that night.

Players Card-

If you are a golfer that plays a couple times a month but hates paying full price McDowell Mountain has the solution for you with their Players Card. The players card ranges from $99 to $139 and gives discounted rates for not only their course but other OB courses in the area. It is the ultimate weekend warrior weapon that your friends will wish they had discovered first.

Summer Pass-

If you prefer the warm temperature and the luxury of an open course during the Arizona summers this is the pass for you. The Summer Pass is a small fee of $49 which gives a 40% to 50% discount off rounds all the way till the end of September.
