There are milestones that we hit at work that get our real estate agents excited. I obviously don’t share them all with you, because there isn’t the same emotional connection to the small victories outside our walls compared to inside. However, this week is different. We listed 6 houses on Thursday and 2 of them have already sold. It’s so simple to write but I’ve been working, studying, testing marketing strategies for over a decade. To see the development of our strategies pay off and help our clients get acceptable offers is worth sharing.
