Sorry to be posting so many top / best of / highest producing posts lately, but as we’re getting closer to the end of the year top realtor lists are being published as those with a high volume of home sales are starting to be ranked. I was looking at the stats for all of Realty One Group this afternoon. Realty One Group is a brokerage with 8,000 agents Nationally. They are an independent brokerage in most of Arizona, Nevada, and Southern California. Their franchises are outside of those core areas. As I was reviewing our internal sales volume ranking list of top agents at Realty One Group it was nice to see my name near the top!
Then I started to add up the sales of our teams members verse other teams and as you expected by “top real estate team” title, the combined business of the Sibbach Team real estate agents is greater than any other team’s production! Woo-hoo!! Have I said before that I love it when a plan comes to together?
It’s funny to see this today because as we sat in our weekly team meeting this morning we heard very find words from a guest attendee. She is an agent that is considering joining the team that has been in the business for more years than I. She voiced that she was considering our team because we understand and utilize technology for the benefit of our clients better than other REALTORS®. That feedback this morning, plus seeing that we’re leading the charge in sales volume gives me pride.
We’re not like other teams.
Even though we do a lot of business I, me, Jeff Sibbach still meets with every seller. Our team still attends every signing, inspection review, and provides representation for every appraisal. Through the use of technology and experts in various areas we are a little more efficient than our competition. That allows us to increase our sales volume without losing client care.
