Alex was did a masterful job in selling our condo in Phoenix even though we live in Tucson. He handled arrangements for the condo to be cleaned, painted and repairs made. All work was reasonable and well done. Even though we listed just as the corona virus pandemic sent us into lock down, he managed to find a buyer at a good price. I believe he saved us more money than we paid him! He is a sharp, on-top-of-it kind of guy. We truly appreciate him and would strongly recommend him to you!
