I would highly recommend David Roeske as a realtor to anyone who is wanting to buy or sell a home. Dave is so very patient and not a pushy realtor. It took me a while looking at homes to finally find my dream home and Dave was always there for me and never complained and was always flexible with his schedule to make time for me. He went above and beyond on several occasions for us. He even came and picked my boyfriend and up to go and show us a home when my car was in the shop for repairs. Whenever something came up that was stressful and unexpected he was right there to help and did whatever he could to ease my worries and to lessen the stress or unexpected costs I was unprepared for. When I found out the home we wanted to purchase was unexpectedly in a flood zone and I had to get an elevation certificate to get flood insurance and the cost of doing so I was advised was very high. Dave was right on it and did everything he could to get the original certificate to use but when we found out it was not available he found a surveyor that could get it done in 2 days and for half the cost I was expecting to pay. Dave saved the day when I was pressured with time. In our house, Dave is always welcome and considered like family to us.
