Scott was an amazing guide and advocate. We had been looking for a house for a long time, and had gotten stuck. He helped us see outside of the area we fixated on. Every house matched our tastes and fit within our price range. When one of us couldn’t see some of the homes, he took time to show the homes again. He coached us through the offer process and made sure to communicate often with us. When we got the house he seemed as happy as we were. As the financial paperwork was being handled, he kept our spirits up. He emailed notes about activities at the housing development, and sent us images of hot air balloons launching skyward in the early morning – a view folks in our soon-to-be-neighborhood wake up to. Then when it came time to move in, he noticed that the carpets weren’t as clean as they could be. So he borrowed the key, hired a professional carpet cleaning company on short notice and had it done before we actually moved in. We are grateful to Scott, who was kind, patient and positive, for going the extra mile – it turns out that we needed to travel that distance to find our home.
