Chris & Cheryl were easy to work with while we searched for Arizona homes on-line from California where we lived. We asked them about numerous homes primarily in Scottsdale, Cave Creek & Carefree and we didn’t make it easy because we gave them two different criteria, one a part-time vacation home and the other a full time home and both at two different price points. They sent us a large number of very nice homes to choose from and after looking on-line from California for a month we set up a short trip to look at homes with Chris who was a pleasure to work with and after three full days of looking at numerous homes Chris helped us find the perfect home we plan to live in full time. Adding to the complexity of purchasing a new home while living in California Chris diligently made an offer, got it accepted and met with all the various trades etc. necessary to close and purchase the house.
