We moved to Phoenix from Minneapolis within 60 days. My husband was relocated for a job downtown and we enrolled out children in a school in north Phoenix. Sharon took time to talk with me from the start to understand who we were and what we needed in a house. She set up several searches for me online and gave me access to search on my own. Sharon previewed several areas (based on commute times for my husband and drive times to my kids’ school) prior to my visit to Phoenix. When Chad and I came to town, Sharon went out of her way to schedule all the homes that we wanted to see. She coordinated our sale beautifully and even suggested contractors for our remodel after the sale. Sharon really made our transition go so much more smoothly.
