First off let me just say I’m a huge pain to work with when it comes to shopping, my expectations are very high and Erin nailed it every step of the way. I was referred to her by two different people (she apparently is very well known). Thanks to Erin I got over asking on my house (multiple bids on day zero, sold by day two) and then got my new house for way under asking. I couldn’t be more pleased with the process and would highly recommend her.
