Elise is the absolute all-around best at what she does. I knew Elise from my frequent stops around open houses; however, I ended-up falling under the influence of a friend, and initially chose another realtor. The other realtor applied the “list it and leave it” stranglehold, and there sat my listing for six solid months.
Going with Elise was the best decision ever made. Elise is an expert and knew how to handle every issue. There were problems, and Elise handled each with aplomb. Elise is a master when it comes to negotiation. Even when I was willing to give in, Elise stood up for me. There aren’t any better than Elise. She went above and beyond to sell that house. I’m convinced that without her, it would still be listed. I can’t thank Elise enough for all her good care.
