Alex is a “plan-ahead-to-be-well-prepared type” real estate agent. As well, he is laid back & gave us plenty of room to explore our needs. First after much discussion, Alex took us to our chosen neighborhood to check out the market. This for us to get a good idea of what we could afford, & for him to get a very good idea of exactly what we were looking for & liked in a home. A couple of weeks later, Alex took us out again, this time narrowing our home search down to 3-5 homes. He listened to us well as he was right on the money – we chose one of the homes & Alex wrote up the offer. He did a great job negotiating in our price range, getting some extras thrown in. Alex pushed for a timely closing that coincided with the closing on our former property.
