When we had our first live meeting with Sharon in AZ, during her presentation she not only showed us our favorites but also had some properties that she presented to us that were similar to our favorites. Sharon’s presentation was very informative and professionally done which gave us a better picture of the area of Scottsdale we wanted to call home. After 4 days of house hunting we narrowed it down to 2 homes and picked the home that Sharon recommended which has everything we wanted and more. We live in Chicago and depended on Sharon to find a home, pool and spa inspector, pest control professionals etc. She also took pictures of stuff we wanted to purchase from the seller, did the final walk thru and many other things that made the closing of our home very smooth. Sharon’s quick response to our needs and her negotiating skills made it possible for us to purchase the home of our dreams within our budget.
