It has almost been half a year and I can confidently say my first home is perfect. My girlfriend and I chose a tough time to go house shopping. With covid in full swing and crazy markets I really do not think we would be in a house right now without Ilene. While I was timid and unsure at first when diving into the process. Ilene was confident and honest about the search ahead of us. With a specific budget and area of focus, Ilene made it clear what our game plan was going to be from the get-go. After many visits and a few declined offers, we eventually found the one. I knew immediately I wanted to call it home and honestly, without Ilene’s sense of urgency and relationships, I really don’t think we would be in this house.
