Simply put, Kimberly Childs delivered. Her unmatched dedication, knowledge, and skill helped me achieve simultaneous closings! I was tasked with selling my home (within 6 weeks) to successfully close on my newly constructed home- all while enduring the emotional and physical stress that comes with working two jobs and supporting my mother during her cancer battle. Kimberly listened often like a loving sister, advocated for me as if it were on her own behalf, and simply took the time to “be there” and assist as needed throughout the process.
