It was our good fortune to have found Sharon on a cold call this past winter–she was the only realtor to return our call on a Sunday afternoon. We were interested in looking at homes in the Pinnacle Peak area. After finding out what we were interested in, she got us into several great locations that afternoon, and several more the next morning before we had to fly home to Maryland. There were a lot of homes on the market and Sharon seemed to know them all. She would bring things to our attention as we worked remotely from MD, including homes about to come on the market and interesting homes outside our immediate target area. If something looked interesting on Zillow that she had not seen already, Sharon would view it for us, take videos, and tell us about what we couldn’t see on line. She always gave us a straight up report on pluses and minuses–she knew right away what faults had kept a home on the market for more than a brief period. After working intensively with us for several months, Sharon found us a home we are very happy with. Sharon was always available by phone, including weekends and evenings, and responded quickly to our many inquiries. Her knowledge of the market was most impressive, and, she was always looking out for our interest–her support and consummate negotiating skills got us a price we were very happy with.
