Our experience with Kurt began last year when we were still far away out of state and were very anxious and short on time to find a rental after our old house sold. After a few other local realtors didn’t seem very excited to help us, or very comforting and helpful, since we were “only” looking to “just rent”, Kurt was a beacon of light in the darkness for us! Not only did he help us lowly renters find somewhere to land, he was very responsive and led us through the entire process. Fast-forward 8 months and, of course, we’re naturally going to turn only to him as we became ready to buy. Not surprising, he was the same expert we remembered and the cheerful, knowledgeable, and patient realtor we knew he would be. He was ever-responsive 24/7 to the myriad of houses my wife would constantly send him to inquire within about and all the while we felt like we had an advocate for our goals, wants, and needs; never once did we feel pressured to just take something so he could get his commission and move on to the next person. I honestly don’t know how to explain it other than it’s quite obvious he has a genuine interest in seeing his clients happy and he has a real passion for his craft beyond just trying to make a buck for himself. I would highly recommend him to anybody without any reservation whatsoever.
