Kurt was very attentive to our needs and the kind of house we were looking for. We were out of town buyers and Kurt made the experience seamless and easy. Kurt showed us the home through a video call and he took all the time we needed to answer our questions. Our offer was the second best offer on the home we bought and Kurt was able to get our offer accepted through great communication and persistence with the other real estate agent. Kurt is very good a keeping everything on track, organized and communicating with the sellers agent. There were things that needed to be addressed on the house and Kurt arranged to have people come out and give us bids on several items and did so very promptly.
