Mauricio is the best! I was a first time home buyer, looking for someone who really knew the area, would give me good direction on things to look out for, and help me negotiate well while still getting a deal and he went above and beyond on all counts. He was so kind and patient with me, but also a total go getter with everyone else in the transaction.
