Jeff convinced me the property should be upgraded to maximize the net profit. He was right the upgrades produced an extra profit which doubled the construction cost. All done in 3 weeks with his preferred contractor. His negotiating skill shined – overcame many buyer demands.
Also he keep showing the property up through the close of escrow to have a back-up option which, in the end, was not needed.
Property went on the market mid-July and escrow closed end of August.
