Cody was incredible. We feel so fortunate that a visit to Zillow’s website linked us up with Cody. Cody was very patient with us as we navigated through the challenges of being a buyer in this seller’s market. Scheduling showings is super easy with Cody. He got us in super quick, and at the times that worked for us. Cody was always on time or early. He responds to texts within a few minutes. He sent us listings that seemed to match what we were looking for. And then he asked good questions and made note about what we were/weren’t looking for. After looking at a house that didn’t seem right, he was very encouraging, saying, “We’ll find the right one for you guys.” There was never pressure or a sense of annoyance that we were taking our time to find the right house! Once we were ready to put an offer in, Cody knew how to help us present an offer that would get accepted. He was in contact with the seller’s agent, getting info about the seller to help us tailor our offer. There was no pressure to offer higher than what we were comfortable with. On his suggestion, we added a short note and a snapshot of our family, and that personal touch was why our offer was accepted. I give Cody the credit for our offer getting accepted! Then during the closing process, Cody guided us every step of the way. He made sure we were getting taken care of by the mortgage and the title companies. He checked in with us about the process, gave us helpful reminders about pre-move-in to-do items, and made sure we stayed on track to close. Cody was incredible during the last few days, as the sellers were really struggling to get out of the home on time. He coordinated behind the scenes with the seller’s agent to make sure we were taken care of. I just can’t say enough good things about Cody and would definitely recommend him!
