I worked with Alex mostly via email and text as I was only in town for a short time to view homes and it was a seamless process. Not only does he know the area very well, quickly narrow in on the needs/wants of his clients and have a great customer service philosophy, but he also helps with many related connections necessary (mortgage broker, handyman, housekeeper, etc.) – especially when buying a 2nd home from out of state.
