Erin is a very engaged, high energy partner to have when buying or selling. Our old home sold in less than a week – full disclosure, it was priced to sell quickly but she had buyers looking at it 2 days before the listing was even public. When shopping for a new home, she went through the neighborhoods we were interested in and talked to people who hadn’t even decided to list just to see if they might want to do a deal with us. She’s also well connected with inspectors, repair people, construction teams, stagers, et al. Quite the network for anything you might need. It was really a pretty easy experience. She’s good.
