Terri was helpful beyond our expectations, making sure that we were able to secure purchasing our new home! She was nice enough to spend Valentine’s Day showing us homes and made sure that our offer was accepted out of the many offers they received within 3 days of the house being listed! She was sensitive to us as well as with the selling agent and seller. She helped us work quickly in this crazy market to secure that our bid was chosen! Her knowledge of the inventory, pricing and helpful insights added to her excellent communication and negotiation skills. She really impressed us and we will be recommending her highly to friends and family as well as using her again if needed!
