Patty is INCREDIBLE! She walked me through lots of comps, and took details notes about my property. She brought attention to details I didn’t even consider highlighting. Before I knew it there were drones, photographers, and a sign in the yard. We listed on Friday and had multiple cash offers that weekend, even in this slower market! She was in close communication throughout the contract period, and handled everything, even things I didn’t know I needed.
