Josh really helped me out when I was looking for a smaller home after my husband passed away. I wanted to find a home near my daughter & family so there was a particular area I needed to find something. Josh was so very patient with me. When I would get stressed he was so good at helping me to calm down. He always answered my many questions & I was so thankful he knew the answers. He was very good at not only listening to what I wanted in a house, but he actually heard what I said. So many sales people don’t “hear” what their client is saying which can make communication more difficult. Josh was a likable person, and he helped make my buying a home a pleasant experience. I would certainly recommend him to anyone else.
