Eric Touton is a native Phoenician who began his real estate career in the commercial sector with Cavan Real Estate Investments after graduating from University of Arizona in 2005. Eric obtained his residential license in 2010 and joined the Sibbach Team of North Scottsdale in 2011. Eric is best able represent buyers and seller by employing the negotiating skills obtained in the while working with corporations in the sale and leasing of major commercial projects. Eric is still involved in commercial real estate in the valley but has found his passion to be helping individuals and families in the search for their dream home.
Eric is married and has one daughter and is an avid supporter of the Arizona Humane Society.
