Nearby Market Street, located at the southeast corner of Thompson Peak Parkway and Pima Road, includes a variety of stores and offices. Dining includes Armitage Bistro and Wine Lounge, Fleming’s Steakhouse, and Grimaldi’s Pizza. There are 9 restaurants to choose from in total. Stores include L’Hermitage Jewelers and the French Bee.
The golf course within Silverleaf real estate is another notable feature of this community, as Silverleaf has its own country club and championship golf course. It opened to rave reviews in 2004. Due to its close proximity to DC Ranch, homeowners that live in one of the Silverleaf subdivisions can easily take advantage of the community amenities, which include a large community recreation complex, hiking paths, and local schools. Search homes for sale or view recent sales by these areas.
