North Scottsdale, Arizona is considered a different town than south, old-town, or central Scottsdale. It is the area of the Valley north of Shea and east of Tatum. The North Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce includes Desert Ridge (which is technically in North Phoenix) in it’s territory, so we do too.
The area on the west perimeter is inclusive of Desert Ridge Marketplace, Aviano, Fireside by Pulte, and homes for sale in the Tatum Corridor including Tatum Highlands, Tatum Ranch and Dove Valley all the way north through Cave Creek. Homes for sale in North Scottsdale on the east perimeter includes Eagle Mountain, Scottsdale Mountain, Ancala, McDowell Mountain Ranch, Grayhawk, DC Ranch, Silverleaf, Troon North, Rio Verde all the way up past Legend Trail, Mirabel and Desert Mountain.
