Grayhawk was designed with lots of large grassy area and playground equipment spread out through the Park. The residents on the park side are within walking distance to Grayhawk Schools. Prices for these single-family homes range from $400,000 to approximately $800,000.
Talon & Raptor Retreat
The Retreat is the two guard-gated eastern sections of Grayhawk between Hayden Rd and Pima. It’s split in half north/south by Thomspons Peak Pkwy. These man-gated communities offer amenities expected at gated communities; community pools, two world-class golf courses called Talon and Retreat, and tennis courts. There’s also the Grayhawk community wide walking path, which is almost 20 miles and winds through all the communities. You will commonly see walkers, joggers and bikers enjoying these paths. Each community has a blend of upscale Grayhawk homes and townhomes and is named after each of the Grayhawk golf courses that run through the community. The homes at The Retreat tend to be more expensive than the Park side simply because of adding a 24-hr guard. The homes on this side range from around $500,000 and go up over $2 million.
