The Grayhawk community was designed with the lifestyles of singles, families and empty nesters in mind. There are ample amenities to suit different types of people and their interests. Some of these amenities, such playgrounds, basketball courts, picnic areas and grassy play areas, are featured in the Park.
The Park at Grayhawk, which is approximately 500 acres, caters to family-oriented buyers. Grayhawk was designed with lots of large grassy area and playground equipment spread out through the Park. The residents on the park side are within walking distance to Grayhawk Schools. Prices for these single-family homes range from $450,000 to approximately $700,000.
The Retreat offers more activities expected at gated communities, for example, community pools, two world-class golf courses called Talon and Retreat, and tennis courts. There’s also the Grayhawk community wide walking path, which is almost 20 miles and winds through all the communities. You will commonly see walkers, joggers and bikers enjoying these paths.

Selling a Home in Grayhawk
Since the Grayhawk real estate market has changed dramatically over the past 2 years, many homeowners are not sure whether they are ready to list their home on the market or not. The Sibbach Team of North Scottsdale will help you answer that question by providing an accurate home value estimate of your property. Some sellers use automated online tools to find the value of their home. Even though this can be fun (or torturous) when you’re serious about selling you need an opinion from a real estate team experienced in your neighborhood.
Grayhawk is so unique I think the automated home value tools are normally off by 10-20%. One thing that makes me a professional Grayhawk real estate agent is that I only list homes that will sell. If I tell you how much your real estate is worth, it’s because that’s the highest price it will get in today’s market conditions. We are not in the top 1% of real estate agents in Maricopa County because we take over-priced listings that will never sell. We are realistic. We value our time and your time.
