Hi, my name is Jeff Sibbach, and I'm here to discuss the Grayhawk Homes for Sale Report for January 2012. So, we're gonna start with a year ago numbers for comparison.
January 2011 we sold 23 homes in the Grayhawk area, for an average of $160.06 per square foot. We sold 3 Grayhawk bank owned homes averaging $151.03 (per square foot). There were 12 Grayhawk single family homes for $181.00 a square foot. And for Grayhawk townhomes and condos; there were 11 sales for $137.05 a square foot. Then, December of last year we also sold 23 Grayhawk homes in the month, and the average was $151.00 (per square foot). So, from January to December the prices were a slight bit less.

This time of year brings stress to all families of a preschool aged child. Some of the popular North Scottsdale homes preschools have/will begin registration for the 2012-2013 school year. To those parents who are determined to get a spot at one of this highly sought after Scottsdale homes preschools, one may arrive at 2a.m. to get in line for doors opening to enroll at 9:00.
