While there are a few loose ends are tied up on 2019 projects, there is a still a full state of new DC Ranch projects to focus on in 2020!
Desert Street Tree Maintenance: Five Desert Park neighborhoods under Ranch Association management are working to implement a formal street tree maintenance program that provides consistent and uniform tree trimming services to ensure the street tree program is maintained to brand standards.
Road Maintenance: Roads are the Association’s largest asset and must be maintained properly. The cost of 2020’s asphalt maintenance scheduled to begin in late May will top $500,000.
Fire-Safe Program Model: There are parts of the community where boundary and privacy walls divide residential structures from common areas. In 2019, fire-safe work was conducted at The Estates to better understand the scope of work and associated costs. In 2020, that work will be modeled for other areas of the community with a plan to implement in 2021. The work consists of clearing vegetation five feet from walls, as well as cleaning ladder fuel and dead brush.
