In 2016 a survey was sent to DC Ranch residents. The results will help determine the plans for the DCR2020. The DCR2020 will be used as a “road map” for future operations decisions and improvements. The 2016 survey was distributed to over 3,000 DC Ranch households, with more than 700 responses.

Amenities (such as the community centers, fitness centers, parks, etc.)

Fitness classes
Welcome programs for new residents
Adult activities, clubs and programs
Community service opportunities
Residents had high satisfaction with services on the Ranch. They were the most satisfied with the maintenance of roads and paths, timeliness & accuracy of billing and the landscaping of the common areas. Security management, administrative support staff, as well as community center staff also scored high marks for satisfaction.
