The Single Family and Patio Homes range from the mid 250’s to over 10 million (Including Silverleaf Subdivisions) and the Townhome and condos start at less the 100K up to over 1.3M (Including Silverleaf at DC Ranch). As the name suggests, Market Street Village has the closest subdivisions to the Market Street amenities.
Desert Camp Village is nearby the resident activity Desert Camp Community Center. This real estate ranges from approximately 2,000 – 2,300 square feet and are 2 – 3 bedroom homes. The other area of Desert Camp Village includes Rosewood Homes, which are 34 luxury homes with a back of open space. These homes range from about $650,000 to upwards of $900,000.
Desert Parks Vista includes The Courtyards and The Villas. Courtyard homes are all 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom and range from 1,500 square feet to 2,100 square feet.
