The magic in all of these items is how they are executed. Not all open houses are created equally. Not all databases of buyers are created equally. We over-analyze every aspect to optimize their effectiveness. In today’s market 25% of the homes listed by realtors DO NOT sell. I can’t say that our record of selling houses is perfect, but we’re better than most. Our strategies successfully sell 6.6 homes a month on average, over the last 12 months we’ve sold 80 homes in Scottsdale and surrounding areas.
