Everyone has their “realtor friend of a friend,” and I had mine as well…but I dumped them…It was at an open house with my “realtor friend” where I met Ashleigh. She outdid my “realtor friend” in so many ways I decided to grab her business card sitting on the counter and after telling my “friend” realtor it wasn’t working, I called Ashleigh. Best decision I made though tough when you feel obligated to the friend of a friend of a friend! When we met she not only outlined her approach to being my champion but also explained it was important we both were a good fit together and were open! From there she exceeded all expectations. Every place I viewed she had inspected first, many times to find the key missing or the place nothing like the photos, but things would be straightened out before I even arrived! She has extensive building knowledge and a background in construction so many times she’d point out building flaws I, as a first time home buyer, could not see! Regardless of what type of buyer Ashleigh CAN and WILL be the most dedicated and honest realtor you’ll find! Just like you hunt for insurance companies don’t just go with your “realtor guy/gal” call Ashleigh and decide for yourself!!!
