Erik was excellent to work with. We moved from out of state, and it took several months and several trips to the area before we were able to relocate. Erik was really patient and really easy to work with. He did a great job of setting up portals (and changing) areas of the city as our thoughts changed. We would work with him again in a heartbeat. Only comment for out of state people–forget everything you know about the steps to buying a house. Arizona is different in many ways.
