My favorite Erin characteristic is well…all of them. She knows her stuff, has a superior network of support folks, and responds in a matter of hours, even on while on vacation. She can negotiate a deal like no other. Erin is hugely honest, and does not sugarcoat. I respect her integrity, something sorely lacking in today’s society.
Erin has an extraordinary amount of patience and knows how to meet to clients on their level. We ran her ragged before we found what we were looking for. I think she understood better what we were looking for than we did but kept on showing ‘my’ picks in addition to her recommendations. Of course we fell in love with and purchased one of her recommendations.
Going above and beyond is a matter of course for her. Erin even helped coach a rookie agent we used to sell our house in another state (sigh). As long as we live in Arizona she is our Real Estate Professional (REP) and I heartily recommend her.
