Kurt is a friend of a family members friend, who on his own accord did a bunch of work for me pro bono when I was working with another agent. It was this that attracted my business once we decided to kick the other guy to the curb who never even reached out again after the first offer we made with him went down in flames I may add. From word go, he was accessible, knowledgeable, was willing to ride my lender but all to ensure things went down as planned. He made the experience of buying a home, which can be cumbersome at times, very easy.
