In a nutshell, the previous owners had turned this townhouse into a dump, it was dirty and damaged when I viewed it, but it got worse during the selling period. After closing Sharon and I had a walk through and I almost wanted to walk away and request my monies back. The same day Sharon had this house cleaned and gutted. She even called her husband to help, returned the next day to help with more issues. In the future I will sell and buy with Sharon.
