Neal has been a huge help for me and my family. We live in Alaska and my son will be attending school at Scottsdale Community College in the fall of 2019. We purchased an Arizona property to visit during the Alaska winters and to keep our son comfortable during college. I was able to get one week off work to see all the properties that interest me and put an offer down. Neal and I had communicated for a couple of months prior to my visit and had narrowed our search to a dozen properties. Neal set aside his entire week, while my son and I were visiting, and helped us find the property we wanted within a 12-minute drive of the school. We placed our offer, which was accepted, and departed back to Alaska. Neal oversaw every other step from that point forward until closing, including who to contact for all utilities. Even after closing, he is still helping by holding the keys until we arrive and arranging the deep cleaning of the home. Neal is very trustworthy and will walk the buyer through every step of the home purchasing process. I will definitely use him if I decide to buy/sell additional properties in the area.
