When we asked Stacy to assist, she immediately jumped on the project. This was less than one week before we were leaving town. Stacy sent us numerous listings in our price range and helped us refine our thinking about what we wanted to buy. This saved a great deal of time which we didn’t have. In the last four days before we left, we spent two full days with Stacy looking at houses and finally made an offer on the one that we purchased. Her negotiating skills were excellent. She took a tough position on a few important issues and was flexible on others. Overall, Stacy did a great job for us.
