I started working with Sean when I lived in Chicago back in May 2017. I emailed him that I was looking for a condo and the things that I was looking for in and around the condo, I also told him what area I wanted the condo in. Sean would send me listings and I would let him know which ones I was interested in. When I had about 15 condos I was interested in I flew out to Phoenix the first Friday in June 2017asking Sean to schedule for us to visit the condos on Saturday. Sean picked me up at 9 am on Saturday. After seeing almost all the properties and liking one in particular, we came to the 2nd to the last condo and the moment I walked into the condo I fell in love. That same day we made an offer. After a little back and forth they accepted my offer. Sean took charge of the situation and was key to the acceptance of the offer. He kept me abreast of everything that was going on and I was able to close on my beautiful condo in July 2017. I am eternally grateful to Sean!
