Sharon was Fantastic to work with in purchasing my new home. Since I lived out of state, Sharon went out of her way to send me YouTube videos of the home walk-throughs she conducted. She took the time to understand the type of home and area that I wanted to live in and suggested the areas that would be convenient for us based on our work commutes. In addition to setting me up on MLS to receive daily listings, she also would send me personal e-mails with prospective homes. Her responsiveness is superb! She would always call me back or text me shortly after leaving me a message, which is very important to me. Then when I submitted an offer, she did a great job negotiating and ensuring I wouldn’t overpay. Even after the home sale, she continues to follow up with me to ensure I am happy with the home and get updates on our renovations. I will miss working with Sharon but I will definitely give her my home to sell when the time comes. Sharon is a GEM!
