Rebecca listed our home and did a fantastic job with the listing and pictures, marketing materials and hosted multiple open house events. She was a strong advocate for us throughout the negotiations, inspections and closing.
Rebecca also helped us find the purchase our lot. This lot came with a lot of complications due to easement issues but she exhausted every resource (title companies, lenders, insurance companies and real estate attorneys) to make sure that we would be able to get financing and insurance to build our dream home. While most people would take the first no as the only option and advise their clients to walk away, Rebecca knew how much we loved this lot and continued digging and fighting through until we knew with absolutely certainty it wouldn’t be an issue and were able to close on our dream lot!
