Situated on a beautiful campus in Scottsdale, New Way is Arizona’s only non-profit, kindergarten through twelfth grade school that specializes in children with dyslexia, attention deficit disorder, and language based learning differences.
What makes New Way different from other schools is the way they teach. They will teach your child the way they learn while still providing grade level curriculum based on Arizona State Standards. Your child will essentially get a custom made curriculum depending on his or her level and needs. Class sizes at New Way are anywhere between two and twelve students in each class and students are placed in classes designed to meet their individual goals with state of the art technology including Smart Boards in all classrooms, two computer labs, and laptops support learning.
All teachers at New Way are certified special education teachers who receive comprehensive professional development to learn effective methods of supporting students with learning differences. New Way also provides therapists to students who need extra support. Services include reading therapy, occupational therapy, speech-language therapy, and counseling.
