Hi! My name is Valerie Wallace.
Since 2016, I have been privileged to work for a national lender, helping more than 500 buyers purchase the homes they desired. In 2019, I shifted to being a Realtor, and have been able to use my understanding of the mortgage process to continue helping buyers and sellers; managing over 750 successful sales and purchases from opening escrow to exchange of keys! All of the experience I’ve gained, has allowed me to build strong and trusted relationships with local lenders and title companies, which means you will work with the best in the business and receive top-notch service. But let’s be honest….real estate isn’t only about numbers and processes….it is about people, it’s about you. My goal is always to educate and guide clients through their sale or purchase smoothly, providing clear next steps, helping them to anticipate surprises that may come up so that they are prepared to respond with confidence. Beyond real estate, I attend a church that I love, and enjoy watching sports, walks with my dogs Ari and Ellie, spending time with my family, and being creative, including restoring furniture.
